PEUI LOVAN
Peui LoVan was born on July 6, 1931 in Son La, Vietnam. She was united in marriage to Lun LoVan on October 1, 1953. She moved with her family in October of 1981 to Primghar, Iowa. She passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016 at her residence in Primghar surrounded by her family, reaching the age of 85 years, 3 months and 1 day.
Peui was a member of the American Reformed Church in Primghar. She loved working in the garden. Peui loved being a member of the Primghar community as she was well known as a great cook and for her eggrolls. She also enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
Peui is survived by her daughters, Pheung, Siane, Sai all of Laos and Phian LoVan of Primghar, Iowa; five sons, Heup (Phoung) LoVan of Spencer, Iowa; Oun (Somboua) LoVan of Sheldon, Iowa; Toun (Bouasanith) LoVan of Spencer, Iowa; Chi (Sai) LoVan of Spencer, Iowa and To LoVan of Primghar, Iowa; eight granddaughters; two grandsons all in the United States and nineteen grandchildren in Laos; nine great grandchildren; also other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lun; a son, Ta; one brother and sister.
