Services for Linda L. Eriksen, age 74, of Paullina who passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Heartland Care Center in Marcus. Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, August 9, 2021, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Primghar with Father Tim Hogan ~ officiating.
Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Primghar.
Visitation with family present will be from 3 – 5 P.M. on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at the Eldridge Family Funeral Home in Paullina.

Linda Eriksen, Loving wife, Devoted mother, Beloved daughter, and sister joined her heavenly family on July 29, 2021. Linda passed at Heartland Care Facility after a long battle with cancer.
Linda was born November 21, 1946, in Moline, Illinois. to Virgil and Alice (Elzie) Lundberg. She attended school In Orion, Illinois and went on to attend college at Blackhawk College in Moline Illinois. It was here that she met the love of her life, Michael Eriksen.
Linda and Mike were married October 11, 1965 and went on to have 6 kids. Mike and Linda were loving and devoted parents who enjoyed taking their kids fishing, training dogs, and going to field trials, playing games, and working puzzles.
Linda also enjoyed reading, which led her to take a job with the Paullina Public Library. She thoroughly enjoyed helping kids find the joy of reading.
She was also a deeply religious person, which inspired her to open her home for bible study several times a year.
Left to Cherish her memory are her SONS: John Eriksen, Gaza Iowa, Joseph Eriksen and his wife Ann, Des Moines, Iowa, Samuel Eriksen, Shelbyville Tennessee, Peter Eriksen and his wife Trisha, Mt. Vernon, Iowa, a Son-in-law Mark Luna, Chapel Hill, Tennessee along with their 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, Her sister Emmy (Bill) Finch and many, many relatives, and friends.
She was Preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, son Darrin, and Daughter Virginia (Ginny). They are all greatly Loved and Missed.
