JIMMIE KENT “BUSTER” MITTS

Jimmie Kent “Buster” Mitts, the son of Roy Dale Mitts Sr. and Martha Pridemore, was born June 29, 1963 in Macon, Missouri. He grew-up in Missouri and Illinois and received his education and graduated from Centralia High School in Centralia, Illinois. Jimmie worked at Futures Unlimited in Sheldon, Iowa. He moved to Iowa in 2005 on an adventure of a lifetime with his brother. Buster loved Iowa, he felt like he came back home to the Midwest. Buster loved to travel with his brother across the country either in a van or in an 18 wheeler, he just liked to go. He passed away at the Sanford Sheldon Senior Care in Sheldon, Iowa on September 29, 2013, reaching the age of 50 years and 3 months.
Jimmies favorite things to do where to go shopping and eating out with family and friends. He watched and collected Horror Movies too! Buster’s greatest attribute was his heart, he loved people and animals. Buster would give you the last mouthful of food that he had if you needed it, he didn’t care if he went without in the process. Buster was the true meaning of a “Friend”.
