Autumn Marie Hoekstra, the daughter of Josh and Barbara (Warntjes) Hoekstra was born and went to her heavenly home on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at the Avera-McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Autumn’s memory will always be remembered by her parents, Josh and Barbara Hoekstra of rural Sheldon, Iowa; a brother, Dalton Hoekstra at home; maternal grandparents, Alan and Sheryl Warntjes of Boyden, Iowa; her paternal grandparents, Preston and Ruth Hoekstra of Sheldon, Iowa; maternal great-grandparents, Adrian and Patricia Warntjes of Boyden, Iowa and Albert and Harriet Kooiker of Hull, Iowa; paternal great-grandparents, Bill and Myrna Griffioen of Sheldon, Iowa; maternal great-great-grandmother, Edna Van’t Hul of Rock Valley, Iowa; also aunts and uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, John and Nelvina Hoekstra.
